Quarterly

We clean ground-level and accessible mid-level glass using water-fed poles, squeegees and ladders where it's appropriate and safe to do so. For high-rise glass, or anything that genuinely needs rope access, we don't pretend otherwise — talk to us about the building and we'll advise the right approach or help arrange a suitably qualified specialist.

Clean tools, the right water and no rushing. A tired squeegee blade or a grubby cloth will smear a window no matter how good the technique. Where it suits the job we use purified water, which has the minerals filtered out so it dries without leaving spots — that's how pole-cleaned glass can air-dry and still come up clear.

Yes — and honestly, it's half the job. Spotless glass sitting in a dusty frame with a gritty track still looks neglected. Our standard clean covers frames, sills and tracks, and we can remove, dust and refit flyscreens on request. Just tell us if screens are part of the scope so we allow the time.

It comes down to traffic and exposure. Busy shopfronts and café frontages usually want monthly attention, most offices sit comfortably on quarterly, and sheltered or low-traffic glass can hold up well on twice a year. We'd rather set a frequency that genuinely matches your site than sell you visits you don't need.

Yes. Cleaning one face and not the other is a false economy — the window still looks dirty, you just can't tell which side it's coming from. A standard clean covers both. If you only need exterior glass done, or only the internal partitions, we'll happily scope it that way.

Absolutely, and most of our clients prefer it. Early mornings before opening, evenings after close, or weekends — window work means poles, water and ladders, and none of that belongs in a customer's path mid-trade. We'll fit the visits around your hours and access arrangements.

Often we can improve them noticeably — but we'll always be straight with you. Hard water marks come from sprinklers or run-off leaving minerals on the glass, and if they've been there a long time they can etch into the surface itself. Etched glass isn't dirt, it's damage, and no amount of cleaning fully clears it. We'll assess the panes, tell you honestly what's achievable, and never promise a result we can't deliver.

Mainly the number and size of the panes, how easy they are to reach, how often we're coming, and whether frames, tracks and screens are included. Condition matters too — glass that hasn't been touched in years takes longer than glass on a regular program. We won't guess a number sight unseen; we'll look at the site and send a clear, no-obligation quote, usually within 24 hours.

Post-build glass is its own challenge — plaster dust, paint flecks, silicone smears and sticker residue all need careful removal without scratching the pane. We also handle end-of-lease, pre-event and pre-inspection cleans as one-off jobs.
